Electro-magnetic-thermal-microstretch elastic mathematical-physical model of semiconductor medium is investigated. The governing equations are studied in the context photo-thermoelasticity theory during photothermal transport process. exposed to an external magnetic field and a beam laser. coupled between electromagnetic field, thermal, plasma waves when inertia-microstretch properties material taken into account. main physical quantities two dimensions (2D) electronic-elastic deformation. microinertia microelement under impact consideration. harmonic wave solutions 2D with time variation used obtain fields. To complete fields, some mechanical-thermal-elastic conditions for at boundary. constants silicon (Si) make numerical simulations obtained variables horizontal distance graphically.
